CNY Bakes & Cookies
- Slight variation in weight/ size / piece is expected as it is handmade.
- All orders are to be made 3 days in advanced, as these are freshly baked and lovingly prepared.
- Orders can be delivered/collected from 1 February 2026 onwards. If you require them earlier, please do drop us a message and we would be happy to see if we are able to bake them in time for you.
- Free delivery to 1 location for orders amounting $150 (nett) and above. Orders below $150 (nett) a delivery charge of $20 will be imposed.
- PLEASE NOTE that an additional $5 DELIVERY SURCHARGE WILL BE IMPOSED FOR ALL DELIVERIES FROM 15 Feb to 3 March 2026. This is above the standard/ free delivery.
- Please note that an additional $10 delivery surcharge will be imposed for all deliveries to Tuas and Sentosa.
- Self-collection location is at Pasir Ris. Please contact us for the exact location.
- No refund for Pre-order cancellation. All cancellations and amendments must be made at least 5 working days prior to date required (Sat, Sun & Public Holidays not included). If deposit has been made, only 50% of the price will be refunded.
- Should there be any last minute cancellation of cake orders, unless the cake has not been baked yet, there shall be no refund.
CNY Feasting
- Early bird 10% discount for the period of 1 Jan 2026 to 22 Jan 2026 applies to CNY Feasting menu only.
- Pen Cai does not have additional discount, as discount have already been applied.
